Refund policy
We want you in the right program. If it is not the right fit, here is how refunds and deferrals work.
Cooling-off period
You may request a full refund within seven days of payment, provided the cohort has not progressed beyond its first live session.
After the cohort starts
Once the second live session has taken place, fees are non-refundable. In genuine hardship cases, we may offer a deferral instead.
Deferrals
You may defer once to the next available cohort of the same program, subject to seat availability and a request made before the midpoint of the cohort.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort and no alternative works for you, you receive a full refund.
How to request
Email our team with your name, program and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
